The artwork shown on this page is but a small fraction
of Al Ranger's work. Much of his work has been
acquired by collectors and admirers of his work from
Al's studio gallery in Nanoose Bay, from private
galleries on Vancouver Island,and from the Dow Reid
Gallery in Kelowna where his first one-man show was
held in the late spring of 1973.
This page shows a representative sample taken from
over 400 works of art remaining in Al's estate. It does
not contain images of works held in private collections,
however we hope to obtain images of many of those
works, to be added at a future date.
The artworks remaining in Al's estate have formed The
Albert Ranger Foundation for the Arts, a non-profit
foundation dedicated to the ongoing pursuit of the
study of art. Funding for this Foundation is provided
by the exhibition of Al Ranger's work, and by the sale of
his art prints and books.
